AU Background: Celia was weak in health to begin with along with her twin brother Ciel, she suffered from asthma attacks when she was younger and was generally frail. Being a delicate creature she had to learn how to be strong in other ways aside from physically, she sharpened her mind like a knife and learned how to play games. Mind games, board games, you name it, she excels at it. She'd probably make a fantastic general if she was ever strong enough to go onto the field.
Progressing up to the age of 9 she was slowly learning her father's trade, the man would feel guilty if he completely immersed his children in what he did. Of course, this did not pay off in the end. Enemies of her father infiltrated the house and killed the residence. The twins, though alive, were not lucky as they were circulated as human goods. Celia was 'lucky' to make it out alive, her brother, not so much as he was made into a human sacrifice right in front of her eyes.

I spoke with Enno and he seems to be down with it.
Without Lizzy, lemmie make sure of the plot we're going with. So maybe when Ciel was dying he somehow summoned Sebastian but his soul escaped before he could form a contract so he bonded to the next best thing which was his twin. Twin orders a kill on the kidnappers and she decides to live happily in her loneliness? But she decides she's too lonely and wants her twin back so she tries to summon her brother from hell, gets the look a like demon instead?

Reading from your plot, yep pretty much. It could be that Ciel's body was weaken from the summoning ritual and he died before the contract is sealed. This would probably pissed off Sebastian because he sees this as a crank call and once summoned, he can't go back to his home world, therefore he took the twin sister against her will...but hey, twin sister wanted revenge and order a kick kill on the kidnappers!
Pretty much, but Ciel's original soul can be sent off somewhere and the impostor soul (Enno's character) was summoned.
Therefore, overall, Sebastian isn't Ceila's original servant. He's only serves her before the original promised soul slipped away...much to his annoyance!

So after that she's in the middle of trying to get her formal life back together and take over her father's previous job.
Personality: Celia when she was younger was like most children. Carefree and happy in their own little worlds. Her parents made sure of this so that she could at least have a loving childhood until she had to take on the duties of the family. Those duties are to be the royal household's guard dog, taking care of their worries one way or another while keeping the rules of the underground. Childhood only lasts for so long, hers came to an abrupt end the day assassins killed everyone and burned down her house.
She was quickly beaten and broken, practically becoming a doll for her master's pleasure along with her twin. She was powerless and practically awaited for her death to come. The day of when it was her twin's turn was the day her life turned around. Her twin died right after summoning a devil, the demon went to the next best thing since the first vessel died, creating a Faustian contract with the girl.
His loyalty for her soul.
Her soul was filled with wanting revenge for her family and the demon her brother summoned was the way to get it.
She then started working on perfecting her image as a lady while molding the demon into the perfect butler for her.
Celia is the definition of a spoiled child. She wants her way or the highway and thinks she knows what's best for everyone. She tries her hardest to appear as grown up as a possible because she has some very big shoes to fill because of her father. One way to describe her is that she's wearing a mask of a strict, blue-blooded noble, a very stern lady who sometimes has to turn up the charm to get her way. She is calm and collected like every lady should be, something that may be unnerving during certain situations. The young noble also has a taste for games...any games. But deep down, she is just a normal 12/13 yr old, she'll have her hormonal problems and moments of embarrassing teen problems, but only a few get to see her flail from them. Speaking of weaknesses, she has one for sweets, especially well made ones♥ Other weaknesses include her utter hate for cats (because she's a allergic) and her asthma.
Combat Style: Usually she will be noncombatant but if she needs to she carries a gun. I kinda want her to have a cool magical gun with ice energy shooting bullets that may feel like your suddenly in the arctic with an effect that lasts for a few minutes when they hit. (A head shot would cause the worst brain freeze you ever had) And maybe said magical bullets can be powered by the artifact that's attached to her right eye. She can also wield a fencing sword, but not as well as her cousin Elizabeth Middleford
